Faculty assistants can submit an AV request by clicking on “Submit AV Request”
Submitting AV requests as the faculty assistant will ensure that the AV calendar and email notifications are sent to the faculty assistant.

How does the AV request system work?
First, submit the AV request. Then, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by an approval email, within three days if the submission meets the requirements. A member of the AV services team may reach out to you directly if more info is required.
When should I expect an approval email?
Once your AV request is submitted, it will be confirmed within three (3) business days.
What are the AV Services office hours?
Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
Do you offer weekend AV Support?
Yes, conferences and events can have an AV support technician available with prior permission. For rates and details, please see this site.

If you have a last-minute request or have not received a confirmation for a request made within one business day, it may not be scheduled. Please email av.law@yale.edu or call the YLS AV helpline at (203) 432-2277.
