Webex Calling is an application that can be used to place and receive calls from your computer. It is especially useful when working remotely. The application is linked to your Yale desk phone line as well as any shared lines within your department and does not require any additional configuration after installation. If your phone line does not appear as expected, please notify YLS IT.

1. Click on the Start button or the Search field in the Taskbar located at the bottom left corner of your screen.  

2. Type software center in the search field.

3. Click on Software Center Applications window.

4. Within the Applications window, double-click on Webex Calling Cisco.

5. Click on Install.

1. Double-click on the Webex shortcut on your desktop.

2. Click to Accept License Agreement.

3. Click Sign In.

4. Enter your @Yale.edu email address.

5. Click Next.

6. Log in with your CAS credentials.

7. Complete DUO prompt during initial login.

1. Click on the Search icon in the Menu Bar at the top right corner (or press command + space-bar) and type Self Service.

2. Open the Self Service app.

3. Click on Communication Software.

4. Click on Install under the Webex icon.

1. Click on the Search icon, type Webex.

2. Open the Webex application.

3. Click to Accept License Agreement.

4. Click Sign In.

5. Enter your @Yale.edu email address.

6. Click Next.

7. Log in with your CAS credentials.

8. Complete DUO prompt during initial login.
