Using Your 25Live Dashboard

Your Dashboard Features Elements

The 25Live dashboard uses element sections to give you quick access to commonly used objects. You can customize the placement of the elements and hide those you don't wish to see. The default dashboard includes all the available elements in their expanded view.

Open

• Create an Event Button

  • This button allows you to quickly open the Event form to start a new Event or AV Resource request.

• Quick Search

  • Use the search fields to perform a very basic search for objects

  • See "Quick Searching in 25Live" for more details

• Your Upcoming Events

  • Clicking on the link for the Events allows quick access to saved events for which you are the Requestor

  • Only shows events occurring today or in the future

Starred Searches and Objects

• Shows saved events, locations, resources, and searches you have starred as favorites

• Click on the search titles to run the search

• Unstar any favorites you want to remove from the element section

Tasks

• List of tasks on today's agenda that are outstanding, flagged, or assigned by you
