Edit AV Resource Requests

When you edit an AV Resource Request, you will need to switch to the AV Resource Request Form to remove or add any additional resources. If you do not, it will require you to fill in additional fields not needed for resource only requests.

  1. Open the resource request event you would like to edit.

  2. The Select Form Configuration box will be blank. Click on the drop down and choose “AV Resource Request Form”

NOTE: A dialog box will appear that says “Any changes will be lost when switching form configurations. Do you wish to proceed?” Click Yes to load the AV Resource Request Form.

  1. Navigate to the Resources section to add/remove requests or manage occurrences.

  • Click View Occurrences to manage resources for specific dates

    • Check / Uncheck the Include column as the resources are needed for

    • Add instructions for all or just a few of the occurrences

    • Click Close to save and return to editing the request

  1. If you need to remove any resources completely, click Remove

  1. Complete any additional edits and check to confirm and Agree

  2. Click Save to finalize the updated requests.
