Purchasing Helpdesk Support

The Purchasing Helpdesk can handle questions and inquiries about event contracts directly from the Yale Law School community. Their helpdesk team is trained to guide users through the Purchasing Intake Portal and answer a wide range of questions. For more complex or unique situations that require specialized legal or procurement expertise, the helpdesk can escalate the inquiry to the appropriate person within our department. They are committed to providing the necessary support to make this process as smooth as possible for YLS.
