Using Workday to complete onboarding tasks

You access your onboarding by clicking the “Getting Started” icon.
Click the “Take Me There” button, then click View Inbox.
The onboarding tasks will be listed in your inbox. As you click on each task, the form opens on the right. Follow the instructions to complete each task. If any required information is missing, a red alert message will detail which fields must be completed or edited before you can successfully submit the form. The following tasks should be completed as soon as possible:
Complete form 1-9
Setup Direct Deposit
Complete Federal Withholding
Complete State Withholding.
Verify Contact Information
Change or verify Emergency Contact.

Media Services and Classroom Technologies
All lecture-style classrooms at YLS have built-in audio-visual equipment. The equipment can be turned on and off using the touch-screen panel in the room. Instructions on using the systems are available in each room next to the touch-screen. We are also happy to meet with you in the classroom you are teaching in and review the equipment.
