You access your onboarding by clicking the “Getting Started” icon.
Click the “Take Me There” button, then click View Inbox.
The onboarding tasks will be listed in your inbox. As you click on each task, the form opens on the right. Follow the instructions to complete each task. If any required information is missing, a red alert message will detail which fields must be completed or edited before you can successfully submit the form. The following tasks should be completed as soon as possible:
Complete form 1-9
Setup Direct Deposit
Complete Federal Withholding
Complete State Withholding.
Verify Contact Information
Change or verify Emergency Contact.

Canvas is the learning management system used by Yale University. Every YLS course has a course site on Canvas. Fall course sites are created in late June and spring course sites are created in early December. You and your assistant can access your course site (s) by logging into the Canvas at https://canvas.yale.edu . Canvas @ Yale. Student enrollments are added about two-weeks before classes begin and are automatically updated during add/drop period.
