You can access your OneDrive account by logging into your Microsoft Office365 account at https://login.microsoftonline.com/. Canvas is the learning management system used by Yale University. Every YLS course has a course site on Canvas. Fall course sites are created in late June and spring course sites are created in early December. You and your assistant can access your course site (s) by logging into the Canvas at https://canvas.yale.edu . Student enrollments are added about two-weeks before classes begin and are automatically updated during add/drop period.

The classes you are teaching this semester will appear on your Canvas dashboard. At a minimum, you should post a syllabus to your Canvas course site. Your assistant is familiar with Canvas and can setup your course site (s) for you. If you prefer to setup your site (s) on your own or want to know more about Canvas, support is available online at https://law.yale.edu/canvas-help , or, we offer one-on-one training. To schedule a training session please email law.canvas@yale.edu. Each Canvas course site has a set of tools specifically designed for the Law School including: SeatGen (seating chart application), Office Hours, and YLS Tools (email and photo rosters). For assistance using any of these tools please contact law.canvas@yale.edu.
