Yale ID CARD
OBTAINING YOUR YALE ID
Your ID card provides access to the Law School buildings, the libraries at Yale, as well as functions and events around campus.
Yale ID cards are issued by the Yale ID Center Yale ID & Access Control | Yale ID & Access Control . To obtain your ID you will need to go to the Yale ID center, on or after your appointment start date. To issue an ID the center requires you to provide them your Yale NetID and to show them a valid picture ID:
Passport (USA or International)
Driver’s License (USA only)
State Issued (Non-driver) ID
US Military ID
INS ID (Green Card)
The ID center is located at 57 Lock Street, New Haven, CT, about a five minute walk from the Law School.
You can walk-in during business hours, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, or you can book an appointment via their online scheduling system. Appointment booking is available via https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/YaleUniversityIDCenter@yale.edu/bookings/
