Yale’s AI Tools and Resources

All data submitted to any GenAI platform tools should be considered public and is only usable with low-risk classified data. The exception to this is the use of Yale’s GenAI platform and tools within Clarity or any approved tool listed on the Yale-AI Tools website. People should be mindful of where they are sending Yale’s data as lots of companies are building GenAI libraries and they may not be safe for us.

Also note that any use of Microsoft tools that are in general release or otherwise flagged as “In Preview” are not covered under our Business Agreement (BAA). Do not use any applications or features that are flagged as “Preview” with any official Yale data.
